Valentine's Day

A great big thanks to Heather Farmer State Farmer Agency. Heather and her staff provided childrens Valentine's Day cards for our clients to give to their friends at school. They also provided each child with a goody bag filled with Valentine's Day themed candies. These ladies have been a big part in provided those little extras to our clients when least expected. What a special treat this was for our clients.

Wine & Cheese Donor Appreciation Reception

Jennifer & Gus Puyear opened their beautiful home to the Nashville Children's Alliance (NCA) for their donor appreciation reception on November 8, 2007. First Lady Andrea Conte was the honorary guest. The purpose of the event was to thank the wonderful people, foundations and businesses who had provided financial support to the NCA this past year. The NCA also announced it has changed its name from the Nashville Child Advocacy center to the Nashville Children's Alliance. Guests mingled and enjoyed wine, cheese, fruit and crackers. Diane Lance, board president, thanked guests for their support and recognized the work of the board, staff and community toward meeting the needs of child abuse victims and their families.
