Make a Difference Behind the Scenes

At Nashville Children's Alliance, volunteers play an important role in supporting children and families on their journey toward healing. Because of the confidential nature of our work, most volunteer opportunities are project-based, event-focused, and behind the scenes—but their impact is felt every day.

Whether you're an individual, family, workplace team, faith community, or civic organization, there are meaningful ways to support our mission.

Why Volunteer with NCA?

Volunteers help extend the impact of our services and support our staff in meaningful ways behind the scenes and in the community.

Depending on current needs and opportunities, volunteers may assist with:

  • Special events and community outreach

  • Administrative and office support

  • Donation drives and seasonal projects

  • Awareness and prevention initiatives

All volunteer opportunities are designed to support NCA’s mission while maintaining the safety, privacy, and confidentiality of the children and families we serve.

Who Can Volunteer?

We welcome individuals who are:

  • Passionate about supporting children and families

  • Respectful of confidentiality and trauma-informed environments

  • Reliable and committed to serving the community
